By submitting a request for services with Rectified Credit Pty Ltd, you acknowledge and consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal and financial information. The information we collect is used for:

Credit Repair Services: To assess your current credit standing, negotiate with creditors, and assist in improving your credit score.
Loan Facilitation: To help identify the most suitable loan options and facilitate the loan approval process.
Car Rental Services: To process your rental application and ensure smooth service delivery during the rental period.

3. Authority to Access Credit Information

By submitting a request for assistance, you authorize Rectified Credit Pty Ltd to access your credit information from a Credit Reporting Body (CRB). This will allow us to evaluate your credit file and assist in repairing your credit or facilitating new credit opportunities. Please note that accessing your credit information will not result in a credit enquiry being recorded on your credit file.

4. Confidentiality and Disclosure

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information. Your information will only be disclosed to third parties in the following situations:

Rental Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 01/08/2024

By proceeding with the car rental, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions set forth by Trips Auto Group, a sister company of Rectified Credit Pty Ltd (hereinafter "we," "us," or "our"). These terms govern your rental of vehicles from our fleet during the period in which you may also be undergoing credit repair services or seeking a loan.

1. Rental Charges

Large SUV - 7-Seater
- 1-3 Days: $119 per day
- 4-6 Days: $109 per day
- 7+ Days: $89 per day ($623 per week)
- More than 4 Weeks: $349 per week + Bond $500
Medium SUV
- 1-3 Days: $99 per day
- 4-6 Days: $89 per day
- 7+ Days: $69 per day ($483 per week)
- More than 4 Weeks: $299 per week + Bond $500
Sedan
- 1-3 Days: $89 per day
- 4-6 Days: $79 per day
- 7+ Days: $59 per day ($413 per week)
- More than 4 Weeks: $285 per week + Bond $500
- FOR HYBRID More than 4 Weeks: $350 per week + Bond $500
UTE
- 1-3 Days: $99 per day
- 4-6 Days: $89 per day
- 7+ Days: $69 per day ($483 per week)
- More than 4 Weeks: $299per week + Bond $500

2. Additional Charges

Airport Pick-up/Drop-off: $20 each
Unlimited Kilometers: From $10 per day
Insurance Excess Reduction (Sedan/SUV/7-Seater): $20 per day
Insurance Excess Reduction (Ute): $35 per day
Towbar Use: $20 per day
Risk Fee for Probationary/Provisional Drivers: $50 per day (family member with an open license must also rent a car)
Toll Notice Admin Fee: $20
Fine/Infringement Admin Fee: $50
Vehicle Detailing (Unclean Return): $250
Vehicle Without Fuel: $200
Repossession Fee: $1000 + transport costs

3. Important Information

Roadworthy Tires: Vehicles are provided with roadworthy tires. We do not cover punctures or tire damage.
Usage Area: Vehicles may only be used within a 150 km radius from the rental location.
Rental Agreement: For comprehensive details on usage, maintenance, and liability, refer to our full Rental Agreement.

4. Unauthorized Use and Sub-Renting

Unauthorized Drivers: The car rental agreement will be immediately terminated if the car is driven by anyone other than the authorized driver(s) listed in the rental agreement.
Sub-Renting: The rental contract will also be breached if the car is sub-rented to a third party without prior consent from Trips Auto Group.
Repossession: In cases of unauthorized use or sub-renting, the rented vehicle will be repossessed immediately. All costs associated with the repossession, including transportation and other fees, will be borne by the person who rented the vehicle.

5. Required Documents

At the time of vehicle pickup, you must provide:

Your current Driver’s License
Driver’s Authority (if applicable)
Additional Driver’s License (if applicable)
Credit/Debit card for initial payment
Bank account details for deposits or payments

6. Extensions and Cancellations

For rental extensions, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to facilitate a smooth process. Rental cancellations or changes must be made in writing in advance.

7. Acknowledgement
